Born into show business, Gloria Dawn never knew anything else right up until her death from Cancer in the early 1970's. She was on stage from the age of two. A huge theatrical star in her day Gloria Dawn was a pioneer for many of the female entertainers who followed in her wake. Sadly, very little audio or visual footage of her appearances was collected for future generations to study and enjoy but from that which does remain it seems obvious she enjoyed her work immensely.
